my sim card stopped working

So my sim card stopped working all of a sudden. I have no WiFi and this is my only mode of communication. The sim card isn't that old. I just got a new one in 2020 I believe. Please advise what I need to do. I can't use my phone and am isolated. Only sporadic use of WiFi.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. More details would be helpful. SIM card rarely become defective.

Any message on your phone? 

Can you check your account status: active or suspended?  

If possible, try your SIM card in another working phone.  Helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem. 

 

Maybe try rebooting your phone.  Remove SIM card and re-insert card.

Could it be your cell plan went into suspension? Log in to your Self serve and see. Need more information about your issue. If there was no wifi and celluar, then how did you access the PM Community?

What stopped working? Everything? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Internet browsing? Can you log in to your account? Can you dial 611? Not sure if Koodo is being shown for renewals but did you possibly cancel a payment from Koodo wondering why Koodo?
