@WDG SIM PUK is an unlock code to be used after the sim is locked
If you meant the SIM PIN code instead, you can go to the phone settings to disable it and you will then be asked to enter the sim pin and you will know if you got the correct pin ( From Settings > Cellular )
If for any reason your sim is locked and you need a sim PUK, please reach out to PM CS agent
Please open ticket with PM support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
