my phone number and email are not excepted

I need a ticket and have even received emails from Public to my email address to reset password. But I can’t get a ticket:

 

  1. Select issue

 

Something else

 

  1. Complete additional

 

When I try to create an account with my phone number, 6xxxxxxxx7:

'The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here.'

Then when I try to email verify, 'Your login failed. Please try again.'

I have 2 email addresses xxx.xxxxxxx@yahoo.ca and xxxxxxxxxx1@gmail.com. If I had used another for PUBLIC I don't know it now. I have never paid, nor had a sim card for PUBLIC.

Sound like an account was created before, maybe the email address was mistyped

 

Just open ticket with PM support to get the credentials sorted out and reset the password:
