my old sim stopped working so I bought a new sim, but I cannot figure out how to change my sim. I went to Account tab but I cannot locate to Change my Sim Card. I am so confused
It's quite unusual for a SIM to just stop working, especially if it was in your phone the whole time. I'd contact support to double check your account is working properly first.
