Public Mobile doesn't have any stores, and staff at Telus stores are unable to assist.

@stef10 uninstall and reinstall Google Message with reboot 

If that does not work, engage support and ask them to re-provision the sim.  

Please open ticket with PM support:

hi @stef10 

Android version would not make a difference.  The APN was set on the ROM and you need to update the APN settings.

please confirm if you made the change yet

what phone are you using?

 

Telus (PM) has retired some legacy servers and old phones from 2017 before will be affected

 

and check if you have these APN settings 

 

APN: sp.mb.com

MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc

MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca

MMS port: 8799

MCC: 302

MNC: 220

APN Type: default,supl,mms
