Hi I just requested for a transfer. my number ported over but it is not working and virgin is asking for the account id I had with public, which i cannot find anywhere. I need to know my account id.

if your number was ported, your account would have been closed and hence you cannot login
And you want account ID or account number?. Account id is the login, which is the email
But for account number , ask PM and they will give you the account number

if the account was ported over, I don't see why they need the account number still.
but you can check with PM agent and they will hepl
