Hi
I used chatr before and switch to pm several days ago. I can use my data, but I am not able to receive any phone call and messages( except imessages), and i can't sent any messages either.
My plan is:
Pick & Pay
This plan includes: -
- 3 Choices with Provincial Talk
- 3GB at 3G Speed /90 Days
- Unlimited International Text
- Unlimited Provincial Talk

Definatly sounds like failed port. You need to send mods your chatr account number and name as on account. I had to call chatr to get my moms account number.

Hi @erin817,
Did you port your old number over from Chatr? If yes, was the Chatr account still active at the time of the transfer? If not, a transfer(port) is not possible. If the Chatr account was(and still is active), then you should be able to use your old Chatr sim card to see if the number is still working on Chatr.
Either way, you will need to send a private message to the moderator group, including your account information. They will be able to get things fixed up for you. However, they won't be back on-line until the morning.
