I trying to use recover your email by phone number, but it is show " Please enter a valid phone number registered to your accont". what is the next i should to do?

There isn't any way to log in to Public Mobile's self serve systems using phone number. Only e-mail address can be used as the login. As for using the self serve systems, I would suggest to avoid using the account tools late at night as the systems are often down for maintenance at those times. The self serve system are working now. Are you seeing type of error message?
