I need my account to be frozen.  My phone was hacked and my bank account too

I assume you cannot login My Account 

don't wait, submit ticket with support

log into self-serve and mark your device as lost or stolen

you can then take the Sim card out and put it in another device, if you’re using a physical Sim card versus an eSIM
