I have only just noticed that my phone is getting billed multiple times a month. Sometimes in the same day it is billing me for an extra 4MB of data. I am not using that much data and I am not asking for more. The cost is about $40 per time, it has been twice in quite a few months, and recently it is happening over and over in the last two months! How do I contact someone to look into this?
PM will never charge you for something you did not ask nor it has 'occurring' add-ons. All add-ons are one time deal as I know...
If you see charge (NOT as pending! - on your credit card) then somebody got a hold of your CC number and playing pranks on you ordering add-on you do not want/need.
