I'm looking for info on your $15 month plan. Is this a re-occuring monthly charge with any remaining minutes at the end of the current billing period zeroed out at the start of each billing period, or if one has minutes remaining at the end of the billing period, can the minutes roll over and be added to the minutes of the new billing period?

@AE_Collector . This is really great deal. With unlimited incoming and the best part have $5 add makes it best thing in the phone world. We can use other apps when we have wifi. Really love this. It's more like unlimited talk and text if you combine with other calling app. So cheap price. Hope Public mobile doesn't take away the add on option on this plan.

So the bottom line is that the incoming minutes are unlimited anyway so we are only discussing the 100 minutes of outgoing minutes. Unused minutes will not roll over to be used in other months where you might come up a little short of outgoing minutes. If you use up your 100 minutes outgoing calling will simply quit working so you wont be billed for going over. As others have said, there is an add-on you can buy for $5 giving you 500 minutes of Canada calling. These minutes WILL roll over kicking in only if you’ve used up your outgoing minutes so this $5 add-on could last for years potentially. A great deal enabling you to get by on the $15 plan without the worry of losing outgoing service.

@alakizuki , here are the plan details for the $15 plan. Usage does not roll over to the next month. However, add-ons are very reasonably priced. You can get a batch of Canada wide long distance minutes for $5/500 minutes and these minutes do not expire. Likewise you can get a gig of non expiring minutes for $15. There are reasonable options.

@alakizuki crap, foiled again you guys are quick... lol
Anything on the plan resets at the begining of each 30 day period, they are not monthly plans they are 30 day plans. No roll over, only rollover is any add ons that you add to the plan.
You could pick up the $15.00 plan and add 500 minutes for $5.00 if you need extra minutes they would rollover each month then. And if you dont use much data but want a little extra add $15.00 1G data which again will rollover each month until used up.
Welcome to public mobile. Stick around contribute and you can earn more rewards that way as well.
Cheers

@alakizuki Yes, you get 100 minutes outgoing every 30 days. They are use them or lose them minutes. The counter gets reset every 30 days. Note incoming minutes are unlimited.
, or if one has minutes remaining at the end of the billing period, can the minutes roll over and be added to the minutes of the new billing period?
No, plan minutes expire. Add-on minutes and add-on data on the other hand roll over until all used up. So it's a good strategy if you are on the $15 plan to purchase the 500 minute add-on for $5 that can be used as backup if your ever run out of outgoing during any 30 day period.

@alakizuki I'm on that plan. All plan minutes reset evert 30 days. They don't carry over. Only add ons carry over. Stay safe. Welcome to PM.

All plan features reset each term. Canadian add-ons stay on until consumed.

Any unused minutes during 30 day month don't rollover to the next month.
