Hi there, my account has been suspended but I was supposed to be on auto pay. I went ahead and topped it up manually but it still isn't reactivating. This is my parents line and they're down in the states right now and I needed to top them off for the us roaming as well but it won't let me.

The aacounts reactivated now. But having some issues with the us roaming. Pming with mods back and forth atm

- 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called numbers
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card
