@wardy4321 data add-ons are only available in 200MB or 1GB buckets, nothing as large as 5GB. This is actually really good because at $30/GB for the 1GB add-on, you'd be looking at $150 to buy 5GB as add-ons. What you probably want to do is change your plan to one that includes more data, since it's much cheaper to buy data that way.

Another question I received a new pin number and called 611 to top up only option was 1 GB for 30 dollars what if I want 5GB

I can’t change my email address, I need to be able to look online to see my self service.. can’t do that without an option to change my email. Can someone someone help me do this? Can I get a PM.

I had that message a few days ago. It was related to sending an private message to someone no longer at PM. As far as I know there is no limit, so try logging out and then back in. Then click the link provided by ShawnC.

Thanks for the reply Shawn, I've reached my limit for PMs at the moment, so will have to wait till that resets, but appreciate the info.
I'm brand new to PM so I don't have those details yet. And yes, I did try Incognito and many different browsers/machines. After 5-10 failed attempts I figure the card may be blocked by the PM fraud team?

@timatkins, have you tried Chrome Incognito mode? As well you will need to private message the mods.
