I paid for a subscription and transfered my cell phone number from bell I am no getting mixed service. I cant receive texts or calls but can send them but no way can recieve them. I am not able to download bells esim now and to get full access to my account they need to confirm my phone number so am not able to change my phone number so I can use my phone and get and calls and texts. I am stuck and cant even change my number now. It says 5 hours for transfers and getting mixed service but has been since yesterday at 1:30 pm in the afternoon more than 5 hours when try to set up a new account keeps saying already have an active subscription

so, you can make outgoing calls/text but no incoming?
A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
But you already deleted the Bell's eSIM? you might want to contact Bell and ask them to take the verbal approval for the porting.
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right.
But you need to sort out the Bell situation first before calling PM porting team. Best to ask Bell to agree on a verbal porting approval instead of needing a text approval. Once that is sorted, call PM porting team
