Hi, I switched to the $15 dollar plan since 1 month ago. and I've always use autopay. But I don't see the monthly 250mb bonus data show up in my account. Can you check what happen. Thanks.

If you don’t see the 250mb on your account then you may have used up the 250mb.
Just go into View My Usage and it will give the details of the data you use.

You receive 250 in total. Not 250 on top of another 250, with the way they advertise it, i know other customers have been confused and in fact I believe you get it regardless of whether you are on autopay or not.

@johntang2004 Do you see the 250 Mb of data on your plan now in My Data & Addons section?
Please note that the bonus data for $15 plan comes with or without Autopay enabled.
So, you only get 250 Mb on the $15 plan, not 250 + 250 Mb even you have Autopay enabled
