Just got off the phone with my old carrier because I have been unable to receive any phone calls since switching to Public Mobile. Bell told me the “port request” was unsuccessful. How do I get Public Mobile to resend it to Bell??? I NEED to receive phone calls……this sucks.

Did you reply to the text with the Bell SIM in your phone? You got 90 minutes to reply with YES or else the porting process is cancelled.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process over again.

@CourtneyHP look like you failed to reply a text from Bell to approve the porting
no worry, there is a team you can call to talk to live person to re-trigger the process. I will message you the number. Please check your Community inbox on top right. Envelope icon there

Someone will send you a Telus port help line number or search for it, it's everywhere online. For some silly reason they don't like it posted here and I don't remember it off hand.
Put the old Bell sim back in and then call that number and wait for the text to confirm.
