I want make a payment again due to lack of funds. But now I can not do it as it is asking me for a 4 pin pass. I do not have that.

Either obtaining a voucher or going online into your account and add funds there. Have you also considered using Auto-Pay, it can help you save $2 per month.

@ann-collins2021 : You can also buy a voucher at many stores or online and use the 611 service. Vouchers don't need the PIN. You can also use the Instant Top-up method in a few stores.
You might also find your PIN from initial activation. It gets texted to you from 611. Look in your phone unless you deleted it. It could also be on the SIM itself looking like a text.

@ann-collins2021 To reset your PIN open a trouble ticket.
To obtain a ticket, click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

You can log into your self serve account and make a manual top up payment.
