I took my SIM card out to Earley. then could not get the code to access my account. I sent a message to the chat agent but still no response. after sending the message I found out it was a porting issue because my SIM card had been changed. the problem now is I am paying for 2 phone plans, and have missed the Cyber Monday sale, and my situation may not even get resolved soon as there will be maintenance on the site. Do I try messaging again? i have been trying to get my account with PM up and running since Monday

Thanks for the help. it worked. but I guess I can't get the Cyber Monday sale even I could not login to my account

I will private message you the Telus porting team number. The team should be able to resend the port request. Check your private message inbox (envelope icon upper right corner).
