Porting out time frame issue!!

We started a porting out process 2 weeks ago and tomorrow the culrrent subscription expires!! Yesterday, we answered the message from PM where we answered YES we agree to porting the number to another provider. Then we got a message from the new provider saying we didn't reply to the message from PM!!

We need HELP TODAY!!

The new carrier has contacted PM and told them we ok'd the porting and they also submitted a new port request. 🙏

We did reply within 90 minutes...I can prove it! I will call the new carrier for their help.

the porting text has to be replied within 90 mins.  Replying later than that won't work.

call your new carrier and ask them to re-request the port so a new text comes

you need to do it today as your end of cycle is fast coming
