@swiss32 you can find out your data and minute ADDON balances when you call 611 from your device (you will need your Account PIN to access the numbers).
Press 3 at the main menu.
But, unfortunately, this does not provide you your balance on your PLAN minutes (just addons) which is too bad.
That would be a handy feature if you could obtain that from calling 611.

you can sign in to Self-Serve, to view your account.
if your plan for $15 you have a 100 minutes,
but if you have different plan has Unlimited minutes outcalling and income calling Free

Please log into your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca. The amount of minutes (if you're on a limited minmute plan) will be listed within the data and add-ons section. If the amount of minutes isn't shown there, that means that all minutes have beeen used.
