maybe PM should hire more people.. clearly understaffed!

I still want to be excited about PM but as of today my resolve is wearing thin. Maybe a mod can let me know when messages from November 30th will be answered. Paid 120 dollars....no service no support. what to did I pay for?

I PM's MODs on 23 & 25th (an update) but haven't heard from anyone yet. When they said they were on the 19th i figured I'd be contacted early this week as it's about 12 -13 days behind. I also added a contact us email Nov 30th as others seemed to do 1 of each (but nothing yet).  I was aware that they had added 2 MOD's & natrually they'd need some training & gear up time unless they already have some related experience.  Maybe Koodo has soemthing similar as some of Public Mobile's customer facing aspects (like the web portal) - appear to be very similar.

That is pretty good just last Thursday there were on the 19th so they are cutting into that back log.  As for more staff they have added 3 more Mods to the community in like 5 days and who says they don't have aditional people just working in the background dealing with issues that aren't mods logged in here

I agree. I sent an email on Nov 26 and finally got a response this afternoon. Slowest service ever.

Mods are trying their best but due to that fall promo things are gone worse and people are waiting and waiting.

They will get back to you once they get to your message. Sorry for this wait.

With thousands of people joining PM due to the fall promo, there are going to be more issues and an increase need for customer service, hence more mods.

They have added 3 new mods 🙂
