I lost my SIM card. How can I replace it and keep the same phone number?.

@mkeating When you replace the SIM card in your account, your number will register to the new SIM and everything else stays intact with your account but just to be on the safe side, put the account into Lost/Stolen mode until you can replace the SIM card.

Thank you...I saw that option but just wasn't sure whether changing the SIM card would affect my existing phone number. I don't want to loose it.

To add to @softech 's post you may also wish to report your phone/sim into lost/stolen status. See below help articles for further info.

See "How To Change Your SIM Card" at the bottom of this Help Article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/sim-swap-fraud

simple...just get a new PM sim, then log in to your account and change your sim number.

@mkeating You can go purchase one from an official Koodo/Telus store if one is close by but call ahead as not all stock PM SIMs or order from PM's website although not recommended as it can take couple of weeks to receive. There's also Amazon or Canadian Cell Supplies both who usually deliver within a week.
Then you would just need to login and select Quick Link or My Profile option and then Change SIM and the number stays with your new SIM.
BTW, for now you can select Quick Link or Profile to put your account into Lost/Stolen mode until you have the replacement SIM and would need to Resume Service once you've replaced your SIM.

You can pick up one from Telus or Koodo stores in your area
you can also order from Amazon : https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG
Although you can also order from PM online (https://www.publicmobile.ca/sim-card) , I would not suggest you to order it there as it could take as many as 1 to 3 weeks for shipping
Once you got the sim card, you can then login to My Account from a Desktop or Laptop ONLY (not on the mobile phone) and click Change Sim card from Quick Links menu on the top:
