My daughter lost her phone and can't remember the email or password to get in her account i already got a new sim and phone for her just want to transfer the number to that sim. any help will be greatly appreciate

With out the phone i can't reset the password or the email, it want to send security code

Otherwise, if that does not work, you will need to send private message to customer service agent. It will take up to a few hours to respond (sometimes longer on weekends). CSA will need to confirm ownership of account by asking a few security questions.
