lost my referrals after changing plan

Hi,

I changed my plan from 15$ to 20$ monthly but then I lost all 3 referrals. Please add them back to my account. Thanks.

try login the Rewards site again using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser.  

if same, you will have to submit ticket with PM to further troubleshoot.  Give them all 3 phone numbers so they can confirm.

Thanks, no one left PM. The 3 are my children, I pay the bill.

Did you change plans before your plan was up for renewal (i.e. mid cycle)?

You shouldn't have lost your referrals unless they decided to leave PM.

hi @txn41655 changing plan won't affect your friend referrals.  It is likely you just have 3 friends left PM in this month 

but if you want to be certain, ask PM support to confirm.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
