Correction. The issue was primarily in Yarmouth. It was affecting all Bell, Telus, Koodo, Public, Virgin, and Lucky customers in the downtown area. It seems to have been resolved at the moment. No word from Public on the trouble ticket yet.

let us know how it goes. I checked the Telus outage https://www.telus.com/en/ns/outages . There is confirmed outage in BC but not NS

submitted a ticket. we have multiple phones on different accounts not working. we tried all the fixes suggested and still nothing. accounts are all active and in good standing online. service toggles between emergency calls only and in service with no signal available.

can you test your sim card in another phone ?
if same, maybe report to PM first

@earled478 I also have friends in pugwash and they are able to still talk text and use data . Maybe try and reboot your phone if you haven’t already . Also can you confirm your account is still active ? Maybe your account didn’t renew sometimes autopay fails

thou strange it does seem like couple areas in Nova Scotia could be impacted
