Hey I lost my phone and I ordered a SIM card but it said it will take 5-10 business days. I think I'm just going to go in and get a new SIM card so can I cancel my order please?

As @JL9 pointed out, Canadian Cell Supplies online have them on sale at $2.99 with fast shipping. You can pickup the SIM if you are in Ontario.

Yeha it takes forever and seems to actually be longer and longer. Going forward, best option is getting a sim in store or ordering from a place like Canadian Cell Supplies

@alex1328 I think people go refund in the end if they never receive it in the mail. Of course, if you receive it , you cannot ask for a refund

There usually isn't any refunds on sim cards. Only if the sim card does not arrive within 3 weeks which is quite common around here. Additionally it never hurts to have an extra sim card lying around for situations such as the one you find yourself in currently. Or you can use it to refer a friend.
Wait out the 3 weeks and if it doesn't arrive contact customer support to apply a credit to your account.
