I have 2 weeks left with Telus and thinking of moving with you , how do I get my phone unlocked from telus and what to do to get set up with your service ?

@Glen2 if you want to take advantage of the promotion just activate a new Sim card and pick a new number. Then in 2 weeks port your Telus number over to public in your self serve account! Don't cancel your Telus account because it has to be active to port out your number

Your phone with Telus will also work with PM as Telus is the parent company.  There are promotions going on right now (until Dec. 2nd), so it might be worth activating an account with a temporary # to lock in a promo deal.  Then you can port in your Telus # before your two weeks are up.

Telus, Koodo and Public mobile belong to same umbrella company.  So your Telus phone should work with PM without unlocking at all.
