I doubled up - I bought US talk and text and realized I needed 3g - so paid $15 and then $30. wondering if there is any way for a credit

@BKNS27- Well, you can, as this customer did, different add-ons. But at this point for this customer it won't work properly.
@Courtmacvan- Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte here yet? Without it, for talk, you can only use T-Mobile on their old 2G GSM. But text and data will work fine on 4G LTE for both T-Mobile and AT&T.

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
