Login to your account.
If the amount of available fund in your account is equal to or more than what you loaded in your account with your voucher, you need to click the "reactivate current plan" link to get your phone working again.

So, after you loaded the voucher on the account, what did you do next?
Try logging into your Self-Serve account and confirming that the vouchers actually loaded onto the account by looking at your payment/transaction history.
If they did - do you see a reactivate button which should also be showing on your self serve landing page?

@Moeenezi : What all services? Calls in/out? Texts in/out? Internet browsing? Nothing? If your account isn't suspended, then adding money doesn't do anything.

@Moeenezi Did you reboot your phone?
Also did you logon to Self-Serve and see if the account is showing Active or Suspended? If it is Suspended, do you see a button to Reactivate the service? click on that and reboot the phone again.
