after having been locked out and trying to get a new password, I am still getting stuck on the security question.  If I enter the security quesiton as I remember, and click on continue, the next screen informs that the answer to the security question was wrong, although I never was given a chance to enter an answr

@paul-public-345 , I think you can get locked out for too many failed attempts.  I suggest just asking for moderator team assistance on this one.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Also, the security question is case sensitive I believe so try with or without upper case letters.

Website is finicky. Maybe try clearing cache, different website or incognito mode. Chrome incognito works well. 

If still not working, you may need to contact moderator.
