I put right password, but couldn't log in.
And locked out..

@sohong, Firstly, you should remove your personal info from your post, as this is a public forum. In order to get your password reset, you will need to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to do it for you. Include your phone# or account# as well as account PIN (if you know it) in order to speed up identification.

The password reset function is not working. You will need to contact moderator to get password reset. Expect 1-2 days wait times.
