I can't sign in to my account. I can't use "forgot password" . I can't seem to be able to send a message to a moderator.
Can anyone help?

If the password reset doesn't work and you get the message account locked you will need to message moderator_team and ask them.
If it's payment related you can call 611 and top up via a voucher if no credit card is on file

Have you tried the forgot password link ?
Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still have problems then contact a moderator.
