I have been locked out of my account for 8 days. I try to get a new password but when i go to use it im locked out. I dont even get to attempt it 5 times. When i go to customer service they just tell me to sign in and if im signed out for more than 90 days then my phone number shuts off. I am so frustrated with public mobile im looking for other carriers. but in the mean time i need to get into my account. some one help me please!!
