Daughter is locked out of her phone account.
We went to pay as her service had been suspended and the system would not process her credit cars, there is nothing wrong with her cards!!
I used my credit card number and subscribed to a new subscription, worked said subscribed to middle of august.
Her account is now screwed up they still think the old subscription is unpaid, the change subscription did not process properly! - hence the locked out account even though the new subscription is good to go.
We need a human to step in and fix this problem!
We cannot even instigate a ticket on her account - unable to access that service error.

@RJHPM there is no phone support here. Ongoing issues with updating credit info for a long time now.
While PM cannot help with updating credit card information due to privacy, they can help if locked out of account.
Try option to get code to email instead. If doesn't work message them directly here.
