Did you change right away or for future renewal? If you change right away you lose out on the days you've paid for. If it's for future renewal then you will get text after your renewal date.

What plan do you have?
Log in to selfserve, then click on "Plan Details", what shows under "My Plan"?

Did you check your self service account? What are your plan details? Did you do an immediate plan change or at next renewal? Some more details about your issue would be helpful.
