I have attempted to restart the phone, enable disable the phone cell connection.
Reset my network configuration and reformatted my phone but nothing is working, have not been able to make or receive calls for 2 days now.
Public mobile support no where to be found.

I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max with no issues.
There could be an outage in your area so check the outage map:

If that is not the issue. There could be a provisional issue with your SIM.
Just click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket so an agent will reset your SIM.

Is your account status active? Does anything work? data? texting?
Do you have a physical Sim card? If you do, maybe try the SIM card in another working phone. That would help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.

IOS is up to date
I have already reset my network settings as per my original post...

make sure iOS is updated, then update the Carrier Profile
also, click Reset Network Settings on your phone.
