after changing my plan to more internet, i havent any service in internet anymore. can you help me please and figuare it out, whats wrong? thanks

This could be a simple as restarting your phone so that the phone is forced to make a new connection to the network. There are times that a plan change could potentially cause a provisioning issue, in which case you'd need to contact a Public Mobile customer support agent.  The bot would need to be used to open a trouble ticket.  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
