I'm in Toronto. Have been using the same device and service since 2 years ago. No issues until I travelled to Montreal, and the issue persists even when I'm back.

@JPM2023 Honor should have both bands on 3G that PM needs and should not have the problem, unless your regional variant lacks the 1900mhz. Which city you are at?

My Honor 70 started having the same issue since three weeks ago. Tried different things but none worked. However, this suggestion from another Xiaomi user may help in your case: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/No-incoming-outgoing-calls-existing-custo...

All you can try on your end is to reset your network connection in your settings and reboot your phone.
You should contact a customer agent. They can rest the network on their end.

Do you have a 3G phone or 3G plan? If so, public mobile is starting to phase 3G out and that will affect you. You would need to upgrade your phone and plan it.
If you are not on 3G, you need to contact a customer service agent:

PM made some changes to 3G network, so some overseas phones won't work well or not at all
What phone do you have? Can you test your sim card on mainstream model of phone like iOhone, Samsung S2x or Google Pixie?
