why does my phone go to voicemail and not give me the opportunity to answer a call from "no caller id" and after that there was  another call that I could not answer from a medical office

Do you have an iPhone?

I have the same issue on my iPhone 14 Pro Max because I have my setting set to Screen/Filter Unknown Callers.

can you at least make outbound calls?

check if your phone is VoLTE compatible with PM, not sure if VoLTE is the problem:

also, try Reboot phone and Reset network settings
