If it is a prepaid Koodo plan, you need to pick a temporary number then contact a CS_Agent to complete the porting of your old number. 

You can private messaging them on the envelope icon on your computer.

 For Koodo Prepaid, Please activate with a temporary new phone number first. 

Once activation is done and confirm working,  message support and ask them for manual porting of the phone number from Koodo Prepaid. 

You can open the ticket by messaging them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Is that Koodo prepaid or postpaid? Postpaid you can do yourself. Prepaid needs support.
