the travel part is only when you are in US.  

And make sure you pick the correct $34 plan, there are two, one is Canada only and one is Canada-US plan

@beva-Hu  As long as you are in Canada or the USA and you get the $34 Canada-US plan and not the $34 Canada-only unlimited data plan then yes.  It won't work if traveling to any other country.
