iMessage and FaceTime

I am unable to use iMessage or FaceTime -it says this phone number can not be used by iMessage or FaceTime you must have a SIM associated with an Apple device for this number

How can I do this -I used your eSIM and it appears to work for calling

hi @Danav is that a new number you got from PM ??  at this time you can receive inbound calls?

go to the Settings of iMessage, remove the phone number and reboot phone.  Then go back and enter the phone number again
