i want to cancel my account! im dissapointed with the service. purchased the sim card and not working even if my phone is unlock already!

@danielleorge this is a prepaid service so closing an account is the same as not making the next payment. I recommend either wait till the day before your current plan renewal date and port your number over to a new provider, or just port your number over to a new provider now if you don't want anyone to help you with your situation. Or, as @will13am mentioned provide some details and maybe someone from the community can help. You'd be surprised on the level of knowledge that individuals like the oracles can provide. As a last resort, touch base with a MOD and see if there's anything they can do.
But cancelling is easy, just port your number to a new provider.

I'm not sure if there's a way to cancel, as it's a prepaid service - but you can make sure auto-pay is disabled so that you aren't charged for any future months.
Have you tried reaching out to @CS_Agent to get your problem resolved? (Note that they are above-average busy right now and are taking longer than normal to respond.) If you can describe the issue in more detail here, members of the community may be able to help.

@danielleorge, before you give up on this service. Can you describe in more detail what your issue is and perhaps someone in this forum can provide assistance. Generally speaking, prepaid service does not come with any refunds and so if you abandon the account, you are going to lose money for nothing.
