Pomotions end date/times are not based on local time. When Public Mobile says 11:59pm eastern, a person's clock will read a different time in other time zones.  This means that on the east coast (alantic/maritime/newfoundland), someone could activate the next day (local time) and still be eligible, while someone on the west coast needs to activate by 8:59pm pacific time.

@gblackma, good question.  Unfortunately nott all promo's and Roaming Add-ons are based on the Eastern Time Zone.

It hasn't been stated yet but once it is announced the promo will end at 1159 ET that day if a date in the future has not been provided.

ETA:  Correction I originally put 9 PM ET it is midnight ET.  Sorry way out here on the Pacific and was thinking my time

@Singh2  We never know when they end. However, this is a Chinese New Year promotion which is January 25th. But we have been notified that when the promotion ends you have until11.59pm as @ShawnC13  that day to use it.
