Did you join Public Mobile before January 27th, 2015? If YES, you can do *611 from your cellphone or call 1-855-478-2542.
After January 27th, 2015, customer service is now ONLY through the community or by email.

For any billing issue, you have to send an email to Public Mobile.
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "My Account"
- Choose "Billing and Payments"
- Choose "My account is active"
- Choose "I do not know my account balance / amount owing"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
An agent from Public Mobile will answer you in about 24 to 36 hours.
