I need this resolved so my phone will work, have a confirmation number, X8A822 is the confirmation, need help please

Log into your Self Serve account and look under View Payment History>Last 30 days dropdown then Search. This will list all Credits (Payments) and Debits (Charges) with your data plan, 30-days plan and Auto-pay Rewards. Plus any other Rewards.

If your credit card charge was $45, then that amount probably shows in your payment history.
Did you just activate and do not have any services?
Try:
*rebooting your phone
*go into airplane mode for a couple minutes, than back to regular mode
*do a RESET of your Network Settings

@agardmaryjane do you see any amount as Available Fund on My Account?
Check My Account->Payment History and confirm what PM has
Also, confirm with your credit card as well.

@agardmaryjane : Please post a screenshot of your Payment history from here (not payment card). Maybe also your overview page. Blank out personal info of course.
