i have ideas how to make the community better

ok a welcome thread would be great for new customers coming so we can get to now them seconed thing is a cellphone horror stories would be great to so we can take are frustrations out about other providers these are just suggestions did not now how to create one in the idea area whats your suggestions on these forums would it benefit the group?

Very good suggestions.  It will make the community more social and may increase participation.
