i forgot my password and public mobile didn't send to me a email

i can't log in in my account, i choose "fotget my password" and it said that i will receive an email to reset my password, but i didn't receive any email. Up to now, I still can't log in in my account. Please help me

In your message put it, please include.

- your account number

- your phone number 

- your account PIN

- Detailed explanation of specific your issue

What do I do if I‘m unable to reset my password?

In order to fix this problem, please contact a moderator. From there, we’ll be able to reset the password. Note that you will need to have a Community account in order to do this. Don’t have a Community account yet? Click here.

There are couple of ways you can contact our Community Moderators:

  1. Private Messaging: You can do this by searching for our unique Community Moderator’s profile avatar then, on the right-side of their profile, click on “Send this user a private message”
  1. Tagging: @If you would like a Moderator to weigh-in on a discussion, simply tag the moderator account in the post you created i.e. @ModeratorTeam

 

In the meantime, if you need to renew or purchase your plan/add-on very quickly so that your plan does not expire, you can submit a payment through the Automated Service IVR (More information, please see the All about payments article).

I would suggest that you not sign off with "Public Mobile Community Team".  This is the sign off used by Public Mobile staff, the folks with PM label next to their community name.

Hi @libraa2210.  Unfortunately the password reset rarely works (the email might arrive, but it will likely already be expired).  You will need to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to reset it for you.

Click here to send the moderator team a private message. Their hours are: Mon-Fri 9AM-9PM(EST) & Sat/Sun 9AM-7:30PM(EST)
