I just got my email changed from my dad's to mine. Customer support was great but there were a lot of verification questions to answer because I was suspended so I couldn't verify the other way.

contact PM support team by CS_Agent to change email and set new password, or get your info from them.
and change the community email address by yourself My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
to keep all accounts for same email for rewards,

@tel11 hi look for your welcome emails when you siged up if you can't find it anywhere
to reset or change your email
