I have a similar issue when signing in using Chrome. But when I switched to Chrome New Incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N), I am able to log in to my self-serve account. Try the Chrome Incognito to see if this works for you.

I tried earlier in privacy mode with Safari and it worked. However, when I tried right now, it did not work.
Probably a gliche in the system. Maybe wait one hour and try again.
